About the Irish Wolfhound
An ancient Irish breed originally used to hunt wolves and large game, with records of similar dogs dating back over a thousand years. The tallest of all dog breeds, with a lean, muscular build and a rough, wiry coat.
Temperament
Gentle, dignified, and calm, the Irish Wolfhound is a quiet companion despite its imposing size, generally patient with children and other animals.

Grooming needs
